Every 3 months, we will deliver a box for the season directly to your doorstep.
How do the payments work?
A monthly fee of $45 will be collected via your selected payment method.
After your 1st successful monthly payment, we will deliver your box to your doorstep within around 5-8 business days. You can enjoy your box and benefits instantly while you pay for your seasonal box over the following 2 months. Your box is only fully paid for after the 3rd successful payment is collected. Settlement of this box and commencement of your next season’s payments are subject to all 3 payments being received in full.
After the 1st fee for each cycle, you will receive your seasonal boxes.
How will you know what size I wear?
The Box Fashion takes a one-size-fits-all approach, testing our products on ladies of all shapes and sizes.
When will I receive my seasonal box?
4 Seasons equals 4 boxes. Your seasonal box arrives every 3 months.
Your box will arrive within around 5-8 business days from your 1st fee of every season.
What should I do if an item is missing from my delivery?
Compare the box content to the items listed on the letter in your box to make sure what it's meant to contain.
In the unlikely event that an item is missing, contact Client Care at info@theboxfashion.com.au within 7 days from delivery.
What should I do if an item is faulty?
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty within 6 months from delivery, please contact Client Care at info@theboxfashion.com.au.
Can I return/exchange a box?
In the unlikely event that you do not LOVE your box, you may request an exchange or return from Client Care at info@theboxfashion.com.au within 7 days from delivery.
The items for any returns must be unused and in their original packaging with labels attached.
